If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Any request for return and/or refund must be reported within [2] calendar days from the date you received and it is subjected to the following terms and conditions:
1. Packing error - The delivered goods are not the ones that you originally ordered
2. Delivery error and damaged goods in transit before arriving at your doorstep

No refund/exchange for walk-in purchase or unsealed products which are considered sold.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The goods must be in the original packaging.

Your goods need to have the receipt or proof of purchase, with clear picture as evidence

The shipping cost for sending to your stated location will not be refunded. However we will communicate with you to arrange for the return and bear the shipping cost.

Replacement or Refund

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned goods. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the goods. Please allow for up to 7 working days to process your request after inspection is complete.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies, generally within 14 working days. For non-credit card refund, kindly confirm back to us upon receipt.

For replacement, we will resend and bear the shipping cost.
